New Rules for Flat

I’ve been thinking & since “Iams Man” (in a minute Sal) /Martin never seems to get around to things, I should try & get my needs fulfilled elsewhere : D Easy, not like that (well it’s not on the list but hunky chaps willing too… ooohh enough). Anyway I’m thinking from now on I’ll only offer free accommodation (i.e roof over head) in a beautiful rural part of Scotland, to those who can help me check things off my list!

I’ve had my bedroom wall paper for 8/9months & still it sits there & not on the walls. My living room was half decorated 3½ yrs ago, another half attempt (same bits) was done 6 months ago, when will it ever be done? The rest of the house is the same (or worse) & I so dream of a garden with a little meditation hut/hide-away. Then there are Eastars needs (rider & field wise). So if you need to get away & can help me out, feel free to message me!

All guests wanting to use our flat must offer one of the following, in exchange for free accommodation

1. Riding instructor /good rider & give free lessons during stay
2. Decorate agreed room/s during stay
3. Clean my house
4. Help at work in or outside
5. Clean windows (yup big house too)
6. Create my ideal garden hideaway/nest
7. Erect fencing for my winter paddock
8. Build my barbeque
9. Build storage in my garage/clear crap to fit the car in!

10.  Build tree house (always wanted one)
